is an Domain Name
A domain name is an address with the format -
name.(co.uk)(com)(info)(me.uk)(biz)
There are others, these just a few. So if your business name is qwerty you
could have if available qwerty.co.uk or for home use it could be your
name.co.uk. Just about anything is possible. It only takes a few minutes
to check to see if name is available.
Once you have your domain. Not only do you now have a
web address - www.qwerty.co.uk for
your web site but also an email address name@qwerty.co.uk
You can have any number of email addresses attached to your domain and
they will all have @qwerty.co.uk
